Poslije godišnjeg odmora povratak u staru poznatu rutinu donio je i nove izazove. No, još uvijek pod dojmom godišnjeg odmora, na neki način, ovaj vikend odlučila sam dio morskih draži
i mirisa unijeti u svoj dom. Za ručak sam pripremila lignje
sa krompirom. Iako na prvi pogled izgleda komplikovano za pripremu, vjerujte ni
u najmanju ruku to nije. Lignje se veoma brzo i jednostavno pripreme. Dinstala sam ih zajedno sa bijelim lukom, crvenim lukom
i persunom 15 minuta. Kao prilog dodala sam
kuhani krompir sa peršunom, cijeđeni limuna te začine. Vrlo
jednostavno. Ako želite impresionirati i iznenaditi svoje najdraže ovo je odlično
jelo.

After holidays I was happy that I come back
to my old familiar routine which has brought me a new
challenges. But still haunted
on holiday, in some way, this weekend I decided to bring a part of sea charms
and fragrance into my home. Also, for lunch I prepared
calamari with potato. Although at first glance looks complicated to prepare, but believe me it is not.
Simmering them with
garlic, red onion and parsley for 15 minutes. As a side dish I added cooked
potatoes with parsley, squeezed lemon and spices.
Very easy and fast to do. If you want to impress and surprise
your loved ones this is a great dish. Enjoy your meal.
