No bake kolač s borovnicama; Easy and fast


Kolačima s borovnicama i kremom od sira ne možemo lahko odoljeti. Izvrsnog ukusa, a ne iziskuje mnogo vremena prilikom pripreme. Kolač, koji se ne mora peći, idealna je poslastica, posebno u ovim vrelim ljetnim danima. Možete ga poslužiti i ukrasiti u različitim varijantama, dugim martini čašama, staklenim činijama ili tanjirima sa zanimljivim detaljima te obradovati svoje najdraže. Negdje sam pročitala:"...sve što radite u to ugradite ljubav i uspjeh je zagarantovn". Dovoljno je unijeti malo ljubavi u ovaj kolačić i oduševit ćete svoje najdraže prijatelje, muža, rodbinu... Kolač sam ukrasila medom i orasima. 

        Za fil je potrebno:
  • svježeg krem sira,
  • sok od jednog limuna,
  • 2 vanil šećera,
  • 4 žlice šećera u prahu,
  • borovnice,
  • orasi,
  • med.

Kremu ćemo pripremiti tako što ćemo izmiksati svježi  krem sir,  2 vanil šećer, 4 žlice šećera u prahu i sok 1 limuna. Kao podlogu za kremu mogu poslužiti različite vrste kruha od heljde, raževeg brašna, bijeli kruh ili neki suhi kolač ili kora. Za svoj kolač odabrala sam zemičku od heljde.

This cake you dont need to bake and it is ideal treat, especially in those hot summer days. You can serve and decorate it in a different variants, in a long martini glasses, glass bowls or plates with interesting details. Somewhere I read: "...all you are doing you need to incorporate love into and success is there anycase". Just put a little love in this cookie and you will surprise your dear friends, husband, family ... I decorated the cake with honey and walnuts.

         CREME: 
  • fresh cream cheese,
  • juice of 1 lemon,      
  • 2 vanilla sugar,
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar,
  • blueberries,    
  • walnuts,
  • honey. 

The cream will be prepared so that we grind fresh cream cheese, 2 vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons powdered sugar and juice of 1 lemon. As a substrate for the cream you can use lot of kinds of bread (from buckwheat, rye...),  white bread, peel for cake. For my cake I chose a bun made og buckwheat.
