Kolačima s borovnicama i kremom od sira ne možemo lahko odoljeti. Izvrsnog ukusa, a ne iziskuje mnogo vremena prilikom pripreme. Kolač, koji se ne mora peći, idealna je poslastica, posebno u ovim vrelim ljetnim danima. Možete ga poslužiti i ukrasiti u različitim varijantama, dugim martini čašama, staklenim činijama ili tanjirima sa zanimljivim detaljima te obradovati svoje najdraže. Negdje sam pročitala:"...sve što radite u to ugradite ljubav i uspjeh je zagarantovn". Dovoljno je unijeti malo ljubavi u ovaj kolačić i oduševit ćete svoje najdraže prijatelje, muža, rodbinu... Kolač sam ukrasila medom i orasima.
Za fil je potrebno:
- svježeg krem sira,
- sok od jednog limuna,
- 2 vanil šećera,
- 4 žlice šećera u prahu,
- borovnice,
- orasi,
- med.
Kremu ćemo pripremiti tako što ćemo izmiksati svježi krem
sir, 2 vanil šećer, 4 žlice šećera u prahu i sok 1 limuna. Kao podlogu za kremu mogu poslužiti različite vrste kruha od heljde, raževeg brašna, bijeli kruh ili neki suhi kolač ili kora. Za svoj kolač odabrala sam zemičku od heljde.

CREME:

you can use lot of kinds of bread (from buckwheat, rye...), white bread, peel for cake. For my cake I chose a bun made og buckwheat.
