Usually I like sweet fruit cake a lot.
But, I prepared this weekend
something different, some sweets looking to one traditional recipe like
a bases from a place where I
come for, and adapt it a bit, of course with a little decoration. Milkrice
is really delicious and very healthy treat, especially if you remove all the
unnecessary add-ons. I decorate it with colorful sprinkles, which can be found in
a nearby supermarket, and so with it will be a realy good but
healthy treat for your children also.
Best prepared would be with the local
freshly milk. Into 0,5 liters of
milk put 1,5 cups of rice, 1 or 2 vanilla sugar and a few teaspoons of
sugar (I put 4 teaspoons, but you can put more if you like more sweet).
Put everything in a saucepan and leave it to be very slowly cooked
(left your hotplate at 0,5 for a long time, 2,5 hour or even more). The traditional
recipe is that such a ricew will be cooked in a special earthen pots and stoves
that are similar to fireplaces. Of course, the longer you leave to cook, will
be more better, the rice and milk unite and create density. (In some milkrice recipes
you will find you need add white flour also, but I personally do not like
this type of recipes). Enjoy your meal!

Obično mnogo volim slatki voćni kolač. No, ovaj vikend sam pripremila nešto potpuno drukčije, poslasticu koja se bazira na jednom tradicionalnom receptu, koji mnogo volim, a recept je karakterističan za mjesto odakle dolazim, malo sam ga prilagodila, i naravno, dekorirala. Riža s mlijekom je stvarno ukusna i vrlo zdrava poslastica, pogotovo, ako uklonite sve nepotrebne dodatke, koji se u mnogim receptima spominju. Ja sam ju ukrasila šarenim mrvicama, možete ih pronaći u obližnjem supermarketu, a koje ovu poslasticu čine stvarno dodatno ukusnom, ali i zdravom poslasticom i za vašu djecu.
Najbolje je pripremiti s lokalnim svježim mlijekom. U 0,5 litre mlijeka stavite 1,5 šolju riže, 1 ili 2 vanilin šećer i nekoliko kašičica sitnog šećera (ja sam stavila 4 kašičice sitnog šecera, ali možete staviti i više, ako vam se sviđa više slatko). Stavite sve u šerpu i ostavite da se vrlo sporo kuha (ostavite da se kuha na 0,5 na malo duže vremena, 2,5 sata ili čak i više). Tradicionalni recept je; riža se kuha u posebnim glinenim loncima (koji se tradicionalno zove pršulja) i peče u posebnim pećima, koje su slične kamina. Naravno, što više ostavite da se kuha, biti će mnogo bolje, riža i mlijeko će se ujediniti i stvoriti gustoću. (U nekim receptima ćete pronaći da trebate dodati bijelo brašno također, ali ja lično ne volim te vrste recepata ). Uživajte u vašem jelu!
